As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring repairs on their photo/video equipment. You will provide the customers with accurate estimates on cost (if out of warranty) and time-lines for repairs.
We’ll trust you to make a big contribution to our team as you develop and grow – you will play a key part in helping us excel today and improve tomorrow!
Key Responsibilities
Provide Customer Service for all customers throughout the repair process
Provide Cost estimates by evaluating the required parts required for repairs
Enter Customer and product details into the database; this includes creating new customer accounts and issuing invoices
Process product replacements
Process payments and/or refunds for repairs
Distribute loaner equipment and maintain inventory database
To Succeed You Will Have
Either a Post-Secondary education in photography or arts OR Experience working with photography equipment
A minimum of 1 yr. work experience
Technical skills to evaluate equipment faults and determine probable required parts
Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time
Basic computer skills
