Job description:

Responsible for assisting clients with customer service inquiries and provides problem resolution.
Success in this role will require the ability to rapidly diagnose customer issues and problem solve with urgency.
It’s important to know when to escalate to a senior team member to ensure efficient resolution while delivering a great overall client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities

Solves various merchant requests and inquires by using resources and problem-solving skills
Accurate data entry into systems of records to capture client inquiries and work performed
Professionally resolves conflicts and barriers while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardize client experience
Follows bank policies and procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
