• Conduct research and outbound lead generation for consumer, hospitality, healthcare and technology brands via Linkedin.

• Manage and vet inbound new business leads in Outlook.

• Put together the brand and customized PowerPoint decks for Leadership to use in new business calls and meetings.

• Schedule sales calls and meetings for the team.

• Conduct necessary follow up outreach to new and prospective brands to keep the sales lead pipeline full.

• Possess advanced knowledge of PR and marketing and bigger picture understanding of how these services contribute to client ROI.

• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to inspire new business lead gen approach and support revenue goals.

• Implementing new sales strategy and play a key role in executing quarterly and annual KPI’s.

• Conduct research and outbound lead generation for PR and marketing talent to consider for hire.

• Assist with checking candidate references via email/phone;

• Provide biweekly metrics to Senior Director of Operations for internal reporting twice monthly.

Requirements:

• Visa and Advanced English

• 2+ years experience in a recruitment or sales support role;

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred;

• Intermediate understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing;
