About the Janitor opportunity:
Maintenance Champion: Own the maintenance and repair process of the property including painting, waste management, landscaping and snow removal.

Resident Ambassador: Build strong relationships, deliver excellence with in-suite repairs to address concerns and maintain resident satisfaction.

Safety Guru: As our frontline safety lead, proactively apply health, fire and life safety measures.

What you need to succeed:
2 years’ experience as a superintendent, janitor or related field.

High school diploma or equivalent. Skilled Trades certification is an asset.

Basic proficiency with Computers.

Well-developed English oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work evenings and weekends as assigned to meet business requirements.

Strong problem-solver with proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.

Ability to lift 20 lbs. to 40 lbs. frequently.

Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
