We are seeking an experienced hotel front desk agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay at Cara. If you have a passion for customer service and work experience in the luxury hotel industry, we’d like to meet you.

Job Description

· Perform all check-in and check-out tasks

· Manage online and phone reservations for hotel and restaurant

· Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data

· Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

· Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

· Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

· Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

· Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate

· Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Qualifications

· Must have ork experience in a luxury hotel

· Must have experience with hotel reservations software such as Opera

· Working knowledge of travel planning websites such as Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and Expedia

· A warm and welcome attitude with all team members and guests, ensuring the highest standard of customer service

· Autonomous and reliable

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Degree in a relevant field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
