Job Description:

Skills Required

· Expertise & hands-on development in Mainframe technology to code and construct software elements.

· Proficient in developing programs using COBOL.

· Experienced with CICS.

· Experienced with JCL, PROCS, EZT.

· Experienced with Endeavor for code management.

· Strong background in Mainframe Development as well as proven knowledge working in a Distributed environment.dat

· Knowledge and experience in performance tuning of COBOL Code and DB queries.

· Good experience in Credit card processing & Payment domain working on Mainframe based Enterprise Financial Card Application initiatives is a MUST (Credit/Debit Card, Reward Card, Loyalty Card Applications, etc.).

Nice to have

· Experience in Incident management, Change and release management along with defect fixes.

· Experience in being part of a SWAT Team and High-Severity Incident resolution team.

· Knowledge and experience in batch processing & tuning.

· Trouble shooting batches quickly and accurately on the fly.
