This full-time, 3-month temp job is mostly working from home (80%), but occasional attendance for meetings may be needed about once per week. They enable the secure storage and retrieval of healthcare related date, with a monster-sized database that requires millions of Gigabytes.
Position Summary
This position provides administrative services to the organization and assists both the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Director of Operations to meet organizational goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant is responsible for office administration, planning and coordination as well as helping to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department. Compensation
This 3 month assignment has as excellent chance of being extended to 6 months, or becoming a direct hire permanent job with gold level family medical plan and the fabulous HOOPP pension plan with better than dollar matching from the employer. The pay is likely to be $30 to $35 per hour, plus vacation pay and statutory holiday pay as outlined in Ontario’s ESA.
