We are a patient-focused independent community Pharmacy in Daly City, CA, providing prescription and compounding services and offering free delivery services. We are looking for a Pharmacy Receptionist with the following skills and responsibilities:
Strong positive phone etiquette.
Maintain a strong relationship with callers
Answer high volume of calls
Friendly, outgoing personality and positive personality is a must.
Answer and make high volume phone calls
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor(s)
Job Requirements
- Exceptional Customer Service; Positive and Respectful attitude is a must.
- Strong attention to detail; Computer Knowledge is a required.
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
- Able to work well in a team to reach business goals.
- Able to multi-task while keeping a calm and positive demeanor.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
