Compensation: Starting wage is $19.55, will increase to $21.25 after six months and up to $23.50/hour depending on job rate level

Available Sign-On Bonus.

Principal Accountabilities:
Ensuring food safety and quality Maintaining a safe work environment Trimming and cutting meat Assisting Machine Operator Picking, sorting, labeling, bagging, packing, weighing and boxing finished product Lifting from 20lbs. up to 60lbs Working with raw meat particularly but not limited to Beef Ability to work in a cold environment (0-4 Celsius) or hot environment (Temperature controlled) Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours and complete physically repetitive labor in a fast paced environment Cleanliness and housekeeping

Required Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Must be 18 years or older

Must pass Company Medical Examination

Must pass Criminal Background Check

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods of time

Commitment to safety and quality processes

Attention to detail and work well with others

Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop

Excellent hand-eye coordination and decision making skills

Reliability/ Dependability

Basic English communication skills

Able to work in a fast paced environment
