Essential Duties

• Operates safety and in compliance with all established HSSE policies and procedures
• Receive and date stamp all incoming mail to the department daily
• Distribute incoming vendor invoices for coding
• Verify and audit the approval of invoices in the Purchase Order System
• Verify that transactions comply with corporate policies and procedures
• Code and enter invoices into computerized accounting system
• Perform other work related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
• Maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the position

• Follows instructions, responds to management direction, takes responsibility for own actions, completes tasks on time or communicates alternate plans

Working Environment

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing
cabinets and other office related devices. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations
and in a generally hazard free environment.
