The Client Relationship Manager is someone who knows their customer’s needs. She/he should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve. The CRM must build trust as a liaison between the company and the clients and will take accountability for the client’s implementation experience and must be a motivated, goal orientated individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. The position requires integrity and the ability to work in a positive professional manner while speaking with clients and co-workers. This position will be responsible for educating clients and must be able to neutralize any challenging interactions into a positive overall experience.
Responsibilities
● Develops, tracks and reports the relationship between the company and external clients.
● Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
● investigating and resolving complex and sensitive service-related disputes involving customers
● analyzing existing and proposed programs, policies and services to ensure their equitability and responsiveness to consumer needs
● Immediately Handles completion of SLA’s once received from clients/Sales Reps.
○ Send introduction email (follow cc email policy) &
○ Return counter signed SLA & work sheets for the set up process
● Communicate with clients on details for product set ups, formatting, users/branches etc.
● Communicate with in-house staff for MICR set up, image set up all formatting needed
● Update products, specialty products, as part of the new client set up/and update as needed
● Mail out Welcome Kits and schedule training, follow up with CS rep. introduction email
● Hand off file for accounting to update client billing info
● Mail out daily marketing info for sales team
● Handle received client communications and when needed direct clients to appropriate departments for resolutions
● Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
● Diplomatic courteous personality that enjoys interfacing with people
● Working with various company department heads and client relationship team members in order to achieve a common goal.
● Excellent client service skills (internal and external)
● Ability to handle a variety of client inquiries
● Experience and comfort in handling confidential information
● Ability to multi-task and produce accurate output within established deadlines
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word), database software and the Internet
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Ability to prepare routine reports and business correspondence
● Effective problem solving skills
● Ability to teach and train others.
