Cascades Hiring for General Labor at Tacoma, WA Full Time
Your Challenge
Reporting to the Production Manager, this role requires someone who is adaptable, willing to work, energetic and eager to learn, and safety focused.
Job Description
- Ability to drive forklift and clamp truck in a safe manner
- Prepping the raw material at the load stand area
- Do all raw material and finished good quality tests
- Prepping the finished roll and pallets by using proper packaging instructions
- Assist in any needs in the production area
Skills & Responsibilities
- Safety mindset is critical
- 1 year of previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
- Some computer experience
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible
- Successful candidate must be available for rotating (3 days on and 4 days off) shifts, and need to be available for morning and night shifts
