Key job responsibilities:

• Understand work flows and processes of department.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Should be able to visualize and hence deliver on new reporting requirements shared by the management.
• Audit of work flows and processes and improvise the processes.
• To ensure that each client request finished on time and verify time entries & required details are correctly and regularly added into system.
• Requires strong executive administrative skills by collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out files to the right personnel as well as able to do time management, reporting and follow ups with team of other departments.
• Coordinating with Team Members and TOP Management frequently for updates regarding the work status.
• Format month end analytical reports and provide to Team lead.
• Interpretation and presentation of data using various excel functionality.
• To format data report automation and create various dashboards using Excel VB scripts.
• Monitoring the progress of the each client request and also acknowledging team suggestions and report to TOP Management.
• Timely & error-free delivery of assigned reports, quick response to queries.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel
• Strong email Communication Skill
• Database management Skill
• Working knowledge of Macros / VBA / SQL would be an advantage
• Knowledge of MS access and its dashboard would be an advantage
