Okalee of Medina, a 82-unit senior living community that opened in January 2019 in Medina, MN, is hiring Servers to serve residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Meal times and good food will always be a very important part of everyone’s lives! Join our team today to start making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

There are Part-Time and Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend with no late nights! Pay: $13.50 – $14.50 / hour

PT Hours: 7:00 am to 11:00 am. FT Hours: Vary between day and evening shifts.

  Server responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.

• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.

• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.

• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.

• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.

• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.

  Server skills and requirements:

• Prior serving/ dining experience preferred, but not required. We’ll train you!

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills.
