WHAT TO EXPECT

Responsibilities

• Call suppliers and subcontractors to schedule deliveries
• Update and maintain task lists and calendars for managerial staff
• Deliver tools to/from work sites and warehouse
• Create quotes and manage prospective client communication
• Organize and maintain warehouse
• Reply to calls and emails from clients and suppliers
• Send out invoices to clients and track operating costs
• Calculate material takeoffs and create quotes
• File and store paperwork for ongoing projects and company assets

Shift Times

• 8.5hr shifts, Mon-Fri.
• Saturday optional if you want more hours

Location

• Main office/warehouse is located in Malton. 5 minutes north of Pearson Airport
• Travel between office and worksites in GTA is expected
• Optionally, we sometimes go out of GTA zones. This is rewarded with travel pay and overnight accommodations

WHAT YOU NEED

Must Haves

• English – Fluent
• Ukranian (or Russian) – Fluent
• Valid class G driver’s license
• Proficiency with MS Excel / Google Sheets

Nice to have

• Experience in construction industry
• Experience towing small cargo trailers (10′)
• Experience with construction takeoff software like Planswift
• Experience with construction management software like Buildertrend

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
