About the role
EV solutions sales subject matter authority with experience selling sophisticated EV charging/infrastructure solutions. Candidate will build, implement, and lead revenue generating plans with a team of highly motivated innovators within a professionally run global real estate company.
What you’ll do
Runs the planning, organization, and controls for a major functional area, EV charging/infrastructure solutions.
In partnership with the Market or Line of Business leader, responsible for formulating and implementing the business’s marketing and business development strategies based on the strategic directions and targets of the business; lead the marketing business development programs and initiatives, accountable for the project and outcomes, act as a thought partner and advisor to the business lines.
Responsible for and has ownership of Real Estate outsourcing financial modeling and regional outsourcing pursuits. Leads the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials with the pursuit team and national/local marketing professionals, as directed by Executive Leader.
Establishes corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various interpersonal levels.
Leads interactions in a client-facing role in large, global pursuits.
Prepares and is accountable for the business’ marketing and business development budgets.
Strong understanding of each service line, platform, and value proposition. Often writes the executive summary and key themes for major pursuits.
Coordination and governance of sales activity throughout the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing presentation and negotiation.
Evaluates industry and business trends and analyzes performance and responds with vital business change.
Manages and achieves financial, operational, and other measures as defined in deliverables and/or (Key Performance Indicators) established for the client(s) as part of a one-time client engagement or of ongoing client relationship.
Monitors appropriate staffing levels and reports on utilization and deployment of human resources. Leads and supports staff in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company’s values.

What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of related experience in finance, consulting, or analytics preferred.
Proven EV industry experience is strongly desired.
Fleet, destination, on the go, or workplace knowledge is plus.
Backgrounds in software or clean energy sales are highly relevant.
Project management, construction, sustainability, and energy management skills are relevant.
Experience must include a minimum of 5 years commercial real estate developing outsourcing solutions, pricing, and organizational development models.
Must be willing to travel 30%-40%
Certificates and/or Licenses
Real Estate license preferred. Other relevant professional licenses (e.g., RICS, IAOP, COP ) preferred.
CoreNet membership and participation in local and regional events.

Equal Pay Disclaimer CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the EV Solutions Business Development Director position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary for the EV Solutions Business Development Director is $180,00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
