To support our exciting expansion, we are looking for a number of talented, versatile consultants to join our team from a variety of different backgrounds.

We’re not in Education, but if your background is, and you get an intrinsic satisfaction from coaching the individuals around you through data driven discussions, then you have the mindset and skills to excel as a consultant with us. What experience must you have:

• A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a complex organisation

• Experience managing diverse stakeholders

• Strong planning (Agile backlogs) experience

• Strong data analysis experience

• Understanding of Agile principles and approach
