The key responsibilities of the role ae including but not limited to:
Manage client events from enquiry through to delivery within budget through the preparation of quotes and bespoke proposals.
Take full ownership for delivering events as per the client brief, managing the progress of multiple stakeholders during event delivery and reporting to all interested parties to ensure its success.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to work autonomously or as a member of a team in a flexible and resourceful manner, including the ability to work under pressure in a changing and fast paced environment whilst displaying the professional qualities of integrity, initiative and reliability.
Pre-empt customer expectations, showing ingenuity and creativity for event delivery.
Build long lasting, positive, professional relationships with your clients, colleagues and contractors to ensure all events are successfully delivered.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients whilst working on new business leads from all market segments.
Have an incredible attention for detail, ensuring all information presented in event documentation is reliable and comprehensive.
Develop key professional relationships with peak industry organisations to maintain commercially astute knowledge of emerging industry trends and future client needs within the events sector.

You must have comprehensive event experience working within a high-volume events role and possess the following attributes:
Excellent organisation skills and thrive at multi-tasking within a results driven team.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with a customer centred approach in all that you do.
Great attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent relationship manager with internal and external stakeholders.
You are a team player and an over-communicator. You are self-motivated and work well as an individual, but you flourish in a team environment.
You are positively minded, and able to push through minor setbacks.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Salary: $900.00-$1,500.00 per week
