Celebrity Staff Hiring for Data Entry / Invoice Specialist at Omaha, NE Full Time

Hours for this data entry specialist will be from 8:30am – 5pm.

The data entry / invoice specialist will be responsible for:

• Manage the invoice clearance process, which includes validating, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and sending to Shared Services for processing
• Respond to all vendor audit letters and forms
• Respond to vendor inquires
• Create and upload the payable file
• Maintain payables reconciliation
• Track missing vendor invoices
• Submit new vendor paperwork for set up
• Assist in solving/clearing billing discrepancies/queries in a timely manner
