Position Summary:
Responsibilities include coordinating student placements to clinical sites and maintaining the clinical supervisor and patient tracking student database systems in conjunction with others in a similar position. The incumbent is also responsible for components of program assessment including maintenance and launch of various evaluations, gathering evaluation responses, the input of responses into the data system for analysis as well as retaining assessment information needed for program accreditation maintenance. The hired individual will function under the direction of the PA Program Director.

Ability to multitask and function effectively in both areas of responsibility.
Well-developed skills in problem-solving independently or with a group.
Demonstrated expertise in customer relations and conflict management, with the ability to relate well with students, faculty, and clinical supervisors (and their medical office staff).
Expertise in word processing and spreadsheet databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well both independently and under direct supervision.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree.
Experience with credentialing of clinical sites and supervisors.
Experience with affiliation agreements.

Duties & Responsibilities:
In coordination with others in a similar position;
Seeks and obtains potential clinical sites and clinical supervisors (mentors for first-year clinical experiences and preceptors for second-year rotations).
Manages provider background checks for credentialing.
Assists in facilitating orientation for first and second-year Physician Assistant students.
Supports and maintains the Typhon system to optimally monitor student skills validation and competencies in accordance with the NCCPA blueprint, ARC-PA accreditation mandates, as well as direction or input from the Director of Clinical Education, Medical Director and the Program Director.
Schedules the End-of-Rotation (EOR) callbacks to include; obtaining classrooms for testing and presentations and, ordering EOR exams and EOC exams from PAEA as directed by the Director of Clinical Education or Program Director.
Attends and records meeting minutes for Data Analytic Committee.
Maintains all evaluations created for program assessment.
Creates a master calendar for timelines regarding the launch of evaluations with the Assessment Coordinator.
Launches evaluations as indicated on the calendar or as directed by the Assessment Coordinator or Program Director.
Inputs and organizes data received from evaluations as needed.
Emails data to data analyst for analysis.
Organizes and maintains all data and data analysis for accreditation requirements.
Other duties as assigned by the PA Program Director, Director of Clinical Education or Assessment Coordinator.
