Centrex Rehab Hiring for Physical Therapist-Home Care-Signing Bonus at Rochester, Minnesota Full Time

Centrex Rehab is looking for a motivated Physical Therapist with individual leadership skills to join our home care team. We have a full-time home health opportunity working 32-40 hours per week based in the Rochester area. Home care experience is preferred, but not required. This position is eligible for a generous 10K signing bonus.
