A key part of the portfolio would include grant administration processes require an eye for detail, for both quantitative and qualitative areas.

You will be working along side with the grant team in the following areas

• Grant Administration and Management – To manage and monitor implementation of projects and programmes funded, report and work closely with grantees.
• Grants Development – The officer may be exposed to selected grant projects that would enable Tote Board to continue its mission of giving hope and improving lives which includes staffing memos/papers to senior management when needed
• Digitalisation efforts – As part of Tote Board’s digitalisation efforts, the officer would be required to facilitate the digitalisation of grant processes, records and sensitive documents for more effective knowledge management processes

• At least 1-3 years of working experience (preferably in Business, Finance, Management, Accounting, Social Sciences) with an interest in the non- profit/social/community sector
• Experience in the social/community/business sectors, grant review and evaluation, and/or programme design and implementation is an advantage.
• A self-motivated person with a keen eye for detail, including ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively in clear and concise English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable in analysing budgets and funding figures, including working on related software like MS Excel
• Ability to engage grantees/stakeholders
