Champion Window Hiring for Construction Supervisor at St. Louis (Fenton) Full Time

If you’re a self-driven individual with strong time management skills, join the Installation & Service team at Champion Window! This position is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of window, siding, door, sunroom and roofing installations are carried out efficiently, effectively and in accordance with Champion’s organizational policies, procedures and goals. You will visit installation sites and interact with crews and customers on a daily basis.

Work with Installation / Construction Manager to ensure goals are prioritized and met

Conduct re-measure on all new contracts, determine product and labor requirements, and ensure ordering procedures are completed

Oversee crews and ensure that products are installed to both company and industry standards (AAMA, NFRC, VSI, etc.)

Supervise, train and develop crews

Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with federal, state and local laws and ensure completion of required safety training

Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a related field; 2- 3 years of industry experience preferred

OSHA, Installation Masters training and/or related certification a plus

Clean driving and solid attendance records

Proven leadership skills and ability to train others

Proficient knowledge of installation/service methods for window, door and siding projects

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email

Ability to adjust and re-prioritize work flow on a daily basis

Ability to ensure each job is completed in compliance with written safety policies
