We are looking for our Events Manager, who will be responsible for designing, planning and executing the events of the Fashion, Eyewear and Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions in México, as well as supporting the execution and fulfillment of the marketing strategies of them.
Key responsibilities:
- Event planning and implementation: contribute and support the yearly events strategy and execute the marketing event calendar for the region, responsible of the implementation of the events and all the process (scouting, suppliers, logistics, payments, follow ups).
- Budgeting and planning: budget and monitor event costs and assist in budget planning, mtp, q3f, plan and update the yearly event calendar.
- Research and development of suppliers, local events: research and identify new events opportunities, such as new locations, animations, digital tools, in order to keep elevating the event experience we bring to clients.
- Reporting and analysis: gather post-event feedbacks from different departments and teams, prepare post event reports. Be responsible for competitive monitoring and deliver monthly updates in terms of benchmark.
- Diverse marketing: support the Fashion team during the events, develop relationship with clients.
Experience required:
- Degree in marketing, communications, or management (similar)
- 3- 5 years of expertise in marketing, preferably within the luxury industry doing events
- Proficient in English (mandatory) written and spoken
- Detail minded and excellent organizational skills
- Negotiation skills
