Product Manager, InterQual Case & Disease Management Solutions
Position Overview
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, definition, execution, and delivery of the product roadmap for InterQual Coordinated Care, an integrated, cloud-based care coordination solution that helps payers and providers offer complex care management of high-risk members and patients with a single, blended care plan. The Product Manager works closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand the business needs and translate them into functional requirements to ensure that the product vision and goals are met. The ideal candidate has product management e xperience working on solutions specifically related to case and disease management.
What will I be responsible for in this job?
Create, drive, and maintain a roadmap for InterQual case & disease management solutions.
Prioritize product roadmap initiatives using data-driven and customer centric approach.
Work with engineering architects and business analysts to define requirements, initiate development projects, and assist in determining the best implementation methods.
Communicate product changes to stakeholders.
Define product implementation and customer success strategy.
Support sales, marketing, and business development teams as subject matter expert through participation in customer and partner calls and marketing activities.
What are the requirements?
3+ years of Product Management experience
3+ years of Case & Disease Management experience
Bachelors or Equivalent of Work Experience
What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?
In-depth knowledge of payer case and disease management functions and workflows
Proficiency in working with customers and partners to understand their problems and define innovative solutions that appeal to a broad customer base and market segments.
Fluency in designing software solutions to address business problems with particular focus on feature definition and quantifiable results.
Understanding of software development using a Lean-Kanban and/or Agile methodology.
Advanced communication skills with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Experience as a product owner in bringing products to market.
How much should I expect to travel?
10%
