Manager Responsibilities :

• Create a customer first experience.
• Recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent.
• Coaching, training and developing your team.
• Managing daily store finances.
• Overseeing inventory by working closely with vendors.
• Creating protocols to protect the store assets, through loss prevention management.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols and policies.
• Constructing a schedule for employees and managing their time off, sick leave, and time tracking.
• Developing promotions to drive traffic to the store.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
