Overview
Serves in a management capacity with oversight and responsibilities that ensure the efficient and effective operations/services and ongoing organizational development of the integration of diagnostic testing into the Kansas City community and schools. Analyzes and communicates essential material/literature in the areas of school-based health, in order to identify novel research and funding opportunities. Manages and communicates in accurate and clear writing all scientific and technical information originating from ongoing research, including grant applications, proposal development, scientific manuscripts, progress reports, draft preparation, poster presentations, research timelines, and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities
Promotion, development, and maintenance of collaborative programs and services.
Plan, coordinate, and manage ongoing and future research programs related to dissemination of diagnostic testing in schools.
Provide mentorship and technical resource support for trainees fulfilling their scholarly research responsibilities.
Manages and creates written, technical scientific documentation for grants/publications.
Leads research performance/process improvement activities.
Qualifications
Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.07/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his/her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and onsite hours at a Children’s Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
