We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties to include:
• Answer calls and emails
• Scheduling/Re-scheduling patients
• Taking payment
• Light cleaning
• Equipment and Office organization
• Accepting mail and packages

• Perform routine clinical tasks to support the Doctor/Exercise Specialist to include:
• Taking notes
• Setting patients up on medical devices
• Assisting patients with paperwork
• Cleaning treatment tables

• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures and verification
• Participate in community events such as health talks, wellness fairs and community screenings
• Advocate for health and the growth of the company

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Needs to be able to lift #35 pounds
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is encouraged
• Interested in Health Science and drive to develop professionally (Personal Trainer, Stretch Therapist, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable Transportation
