Duty Manager- 4 Star Hotel Dublin City

Choice People on behalf of Our Client are currently recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking candidate to join the team of this busy City Centre property.

The successful individual will have the desire to provide excellent customer service with a proven ability to lead, manage and motivate staff. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the smooth running of the day-to-day hotel operations throughout the hotel. The role involves working closely with the Department Managers to ensure efficiency and high standards are maintained across all departments consistently.

This role may suit someone with a strong Food and Beverage or Front Office experience who wants to transition into a senior management role.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a fast paced 4 Star Hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate great attention to detail
• Personality, flexibility and enthusiasm
