The Activity & Events Crew members are responsible for maximising the customer experience in our facilities. The key duties involve opening and preparing the stadium and other Recreation & Sport Centre facilities, including set up and pack down of any equipment needed. You will be the go-to point for customers and effectively contribute to the delivery of a branded customer experience that is engaging and adhering to customer service standards and normal operating procedures.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a customer service role and an interest in the events and recreation industry. You will be results focused and have the drive to self-manage and complete tasks in a timely manner. You will bring a can do attitude to the role and have the ability to solve problems and effectively use your conflict resolution skills when required.

Salary: $22.30 – $22.75 per hour
Shift options:
Option 1: Based at Pioneer – Saturday 8.00am – 4.00pm and Sunday 12.30pm – 8.30pm
Option 2: Based at Cowles – Wednesday 9.00am – 11.00am, Friday 9.00am – 11.00am and Sunday 2.30pm – 8.30pm
Option 3: Casual
Due to the nature of this role, all successful candidates must have a current First Aid certificate
