About The Role

You will provide high-level support by prioritising the important things, using your initiative to decide what needs CEO attention versus what you can delegate or deal with yourself.
Effectively managing a diverse range of activities, you will be the right-hand person to the Chief Executive (CE), ensuring they operate smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. As expected, this is a varied role where no two days will be the same so the ability to think on your feet using your initiative in an environment that moves fast and changes often is key!
About You
As an experienced Executive Assistant, you pride yourself on your organisational and system skills, embracing technology and new ways of doing things. You will be efficient, pay attention to detail, and have a proactive approach to tasks.
Being a people person, you will have highly developed interpersonal skills, having liaised with internal staff members and external customers, building solid and lasting relationships at all levels.

Additional Information
Hours of work – This role is full-time for 35 to 40 hours per week and we will consider both a permanent appointment and fixed term secondment
