Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join us and play a key role in supporting our business.
You’ll be playing a pivotal role in shaping our organisation’s success. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things HR-related, providing invaluable guidance, support, and solutions to our employees and management team.
You will manage a portfolio on behalf of the HR Business Partner and provide support by giving advice, managing relationships and delivering a high level of service to support the business strategy. You will also support the HR Advisors by coaching them on resolving HR issues and assisting with implementation of change.
We’re looking for someone with extensive advisory experience who is ready to take the next step and advance their career.

Hours of work – Fulltime Permanent Position
Location – This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch
Salary –The salary band for this position goes from $89,303 – $119,070 per annum. *Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
