Position Overview & Responsibilities:
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing employee data and records, analyzing people processes, and recommending technical solutions to create greater efficiency in human resource processes. This position has primary responsibility for administrative and data-entry of new hires, reporting changes and position changes within Christensen Farms HRIS solution. This role also plays an important part in maintaining and developing reports for our people analytics and compliance requirements.
