Tasks and Responsibilities
Work very closely with HR team and Retail team to identify/anticipate the recruitment needs in each market and ensure an efficient and qualitative recruitment process
Identify Retail talents in each market; specifically at the Sales Associate level or Non-Selling roles
Full life-cycle recruitment for retail roles
Potential mystery shopping, visiting the local markets and acquire a deep knowledge of each market specificity and needs.
Keep an updated HR database of candidates in each market/per competition – as well as business information ( volume, productivity…)
Ensure a qualitative recruitment validation process : phone or in person interviews of each final candidate, Background check run, references checks, offer making, answer to each candidates
Profile
Requirements:
Must be able to work independently, understanding when to check in be able to work independently across multiple projects simultaneously
Goal Oriented with strong drive for results
Creative thinker who is able to come up with outside of the box recruitment strategies
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Natural connector & relationship builder
Understanding of the Luxury retail business
Strong assessment skills, must be able to articulate assessment
Strong Social Media Knowledge, ability to use to source candidate
Experience recruiting in retail is preferred
