Christ’s College Looking for Bequest & Donor Manager at Christchurch, Canterbury Full Time

We are looking for an outstanding Bequest & Donor Manager who can generate and manage our bequest programme, along with developing, consolidating and strengthening relationships with high-value donors. As a highly experienced fundraiser, you will be adept at developing and enhancing significant relationships, creating a culture of ‘giving’ for Christ’s College, and growing defined revenue streams.

Reporting to the Director of Advancement (DOA) – and being a key member of the Advancement Team – the Bequest & Donor Manager will be a hands-on, independent multi-tasker, who is highly intuitive and recognises that strong and fruitful relationships are core to all their actions. The Bequest & Donor Manager will set high work standards, communicate in a clear and engaging manner and stay up to date with all channels of communication. They will recognise issues and opportunities, develop advanced solutions, be well-organised and a strong planner, value diversity and make a strong and positive impact on others.

College offers excellent working conditions in an attractive environment, with subsidised education at College and our sister school. Remuneration will be agreed on the basis of skills and experience.
