CIN7 centrally manages inventory across multiple locations and channels, connecting 500+ systems to support receiving, selling and shipping stock. We are looking for people who are passionate about working with a fast growth tech company.

About the opportunity

You’ll be responsible for facilitating and eliciting business requirements and leading process improvements, appropriate documentation etc. You’ll ensure that these requirements are translated into the delivery of effective business solutions to ensure that we continue to develop a world class product for our customers.

What you’ll do

• Work with customers to facilitate and document business requirements for improvements to process, existing systems or new systems.
• Business process mapping and improvement activities. Advocates simplification of process with customers to ensure that application configuration, development or upgrades do not perpetuate poor business practice.
• Prepares and participates in the development of concepts, requirements, and proposed solutions.
• Facilitation of the change management process associated with process or systems replacement / upgrade.
• Collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to discuss business requirements and prepare solution options and costing. Facilitates the delivery of customer & business aligned strategies.
• Facilitates meetings and workshops with business units and customers.
• Provides an internal consultancy service. Provides advice to business managers and makes recommendations, identifies priorities and required timeframes.
• Consults and works closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure all requirements have been accurately addressed, and support the teams during the design and development activities

What you’ll bring

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a software development team
• Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle
• Leadership & influencing experience.
• Presentation & facilitation skills
• Business case and capital expenditure request development
• Demonstrated ability in Project Management
• Tangible evidence of successful delivery of technology products, services or systems in a complex business model
