Cisco Systems Hiring For Silicon One Test Operations Manager at Singapore Full Time

The Silicon One Productization team pioneers manufacturing and test solutions to accelerate time-to-market and enable outstanding supply chain metrics. We are looking for a Test Operations Manager to build and lead the High Volume Test team that drives the OSATs to meet cost, quality and delivery metrics.

Our team develops test requirements for groundbreaking IP, to minimize test overhead both in design and for production. We develop custom test solutions spanning high power, large dies and packages to cost-sensitive products. 

You will be working with advanced networking silicon, solving hardware and software problems in close partnership with Product Development Engineering and the OSATs. You will refine and drive execution to realize the vision for Silicon Test “Factory of the Future”. 

In this role, you will:

• Own and drive primary and alternate OSAT selection for both low volume and high volume test operations. 
• Build close partnerships with OSATs and incubate advanced factory automation capabilities. 
• Select test infrastructure, make rent vs. buy recommendations to meet cost, quality and delivery metrics. 
• Build a world-class team that works to ensure continuous operations and quickly resolves any issues on the production floor. 
• Provide Engineering support to the Mfg Operations team for quarterly planning, ship reviews and ongoing production optimization. 
• Set up robust processes for test capacity planning, test program release, Gage R&R, hardware maintenance.
• Set and drive metrics for throughput, yield, cycle time, uptime as well as manage quality of the Test operations.

Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate seamlessly with the Product Development Engineering, Product Operations and Mfg Operations teams to align planning processes and assumptions. You will partner closely with the Silicon One supply chain to maximize throughput and meet quarterly targets. 

Who You Are

• MSEE (or higher) in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years managing and leading teams to deliver complex solutions. 
• Experience building close partnerships with OSAT at the Exec and working level to drive alignment and meet team goals. 
• Demonstrated experience in managing and resolving ongoing production issues in a high volume environment. 
• Strong background in ATE test engineering particularly on test infrastructure selection and hardware maintenance. 
• Clear, crisp communication skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a multifaceted environment
• High level of motivation and energy
