City of Brooks Hiring For Parks Summer Staff at Brooks, AB Full Time

Are you a fun and energetic person who likes to work outdoors and stay active? If so, the City of Brooks’ Parks Services Department is looking for people like you to join the Parks Maintenance team for its summer season. As the successful applicant, you must be responsible, hardworking with the ability to work independently and have an aptitude for equipment operation. The employment details are as follows:

Summer Labourers: May 2 to August 26, 2022

Regular work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Some shifts on the weekends and holidays may be required.

2022 starting wage: $17.96

As a member of the Parks Services Staff, you will receive a free single membership to the JBS Canada Centre during the term of your employment. You must possess a Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract. Previous experience in grounds maintenance is a definite asset.

A clean criminal records check and current driver’s abstract will be required before an offer of employment is presented to the successful applicant.
