Events

Employees in this classification will work events in various locations.

Essential Duties

Greet and direct customers entering parking facilities
Communicate parking information to public
Sell parking tickets; direct vehicles to available parking spaces
Count back correct change as needed
Balance cash drawer at the end of shift as needed
Work in a variety of locations and positions
Document all cars going through booth as assigned
Monitor lot and garage during events, immediately contacting supervisor as issues arise
Provide positive and friendly experience to all customers
Set up signs, parking cones, and reserved parking signs
Work as a flagger and direct traffic during events as needed
Work as a spotter and ensures vehicles are parked properly in the allocated spaces
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or Treasurer’s Office management
