Role Description: Executive Assistant
We have an opening for a candidate to join our operations team as the executive assistant to the two founding partners of the firm. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized and proactive.

He/she will take ownership of administrative duties, create systems for written and verbal correspondence, serve as a point person for overall efficiency of the firm, and act as an extension of advisors for certain client facing opportunities.

Job Duties:

• Primary responsibility for assisting CEO/COO in diverse administrative tasks
• Successfully manage Partner’s complex and ever-changing calendars and inboxes
• Proactively recognize the impact of a shift in priorities and take the necessary actions to reschedule, often at short notice, communicating changes to all impacted participants
• Collaborate with the operations team for client information management and triage
• Proactively assist in relationship building efforts by knowing who priority contacts are and setting up systems to create and maintain a relationship management plan for these priorities
• Drafting emails and assisting Partners in proactive business development
• Secondary role according to background; potential responsibilities include:
• Assisting with idea generation for overall firm growth
• Leading marketing efforts/events
• Opportunity for sponsorship of financial planning designations if desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
