We are looking for a Full-Time Clinic Practice Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

• Management and communication oversight for front office, surgical and non-surgical teams
• HR administration (policy manual maintenance)
• Establish and maintain protocols and procedures for continued staff engagement
• Plan and monitor clinic budget to include quarterly reporting to ownership.
• Staff benefits plan administrator and point of contact
• Liaison to payroll company and preparation of timesheets
• Liaison to clinic bookkeeper
• Co-ordinate clinic maintenance
• Track productivity

Salary: $73,006.00-$87,000.00 per year
