Our fast-growing team in the UK is looking for a passionate and experienced Training Coordinator to work alongside our product trainers in creating and presenting an engaging blended learning program that is relevant for a global audience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional interactive Product Training to our customers, partners and employees.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and organising global training sessions
- Gathering and reporting training data and KPI’s
- Reviewing operational performance with the training team
- Monitoring and updating project management boards
- Functioning as a key administrator of our global LMS
- Communicating at all levels with stakeholders and trainees
- Continuous development of training admin processes
Attributes and Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with video conferencing software and project management tools
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clear, concise, professional emails and reports
- Demonstrated capacity to work well under pressure with attention to detail
- Experience as a learning management system (LMS) administrator
- Eagerness to learn new skills and tools
