ADMIN ASSISTANT 

Job Requirement :

Min. GCE ‘O’ level

PC literate with knowledge of MS words and excel

Matured and Independent

Bilingual

S’porean & M’sian may apply

Able to start work immediately

Job Description        :

  • To perform GRN for all the business departments including overseas
  • To verify all data entry accuracy
  • Generate weekly report
  • Generate Operation Monthly Report
  • To issue manual PO for Operation Purchases
  • To Pick & Pack / RMRS /DFA/ Key of Inventories from SAP system
  • To coordinate Stock Take / Stock Check
  • To perform data entry of all inventory-related transactions
  • To provide administration support to operations department.
  • To prepare CN/DN application for approval and submit it to Account Department upon approval
  • To record & report attendance and leave application for Operation workers.
  • Backup for Ops Bulk Delivery Planning
