Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Invoice Processing Specialist, responsible for processing customer invoicing in an accurate and efficient manner within both company and customers systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enter transactions into multiple systems or formats
• Verify accuracy; document issues using multiple resources and records
• Submit invoice data/invoices electronically, email, online or mail
• Monitor invoice status’s, ensuring prompt submittal and resolution
• Maintain electronic files and process data
• Ensure all work is completed accurately in compliance with client specifications and company policies

Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Excellent ability to learn software
• 50+ WPM typing
• Excel – advanced experience preferred
• Organized, detailed & self-motivated
• Multi-tasking and problem solving
• Works well in a team environment
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time
