CMW Geosciences Looking for Intermediate Recruitment Advisor at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

About the role:

You will be required to use a range of platforms to attract and source candidates, you will be working closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Managers to attract the best possible recruits for our 10 offices across New Zealand and Australia.

It’s essential that each candidate, even if unsuccessful has the best possible experience with CMW, we want to be memorable in their minds.

The Recruitment Advisor will assess fit, qualifications, skills, experience and will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer. Providing the highest standard of communication at every stage to the General Managers, Office Managers and candidates will be expected.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end.
• In conjunction with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, produce stand out advertisements that effectively reach targeted candidates.
• Undertake preliminary phone interviews, ensuring information captured is relevant and beneficial to the hiring Manager.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring Managers and candidates.
• Carry out reference checks, qualification validations, visa status and any other pre-employment checks that may be required.
• Provide feedback to candidates on status of their application.
• Provide hiring Managers with specialist advice to assist in decision making.
• Regularly update CMW talent data base.

To be successful, you will need:

• Advanced MS Office skills essential;
• Will be strong in literacy and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• You will be comfortable working with multiple online applications and platforms
• You will enjoy juggling many balls on one day
• You will have a proven track record of being an exceptional communicator
• You’re a person that likes to have the back of your lead
• Preference will be given to those who have previously worked in recruitment
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships
• Capability to work autonomously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective internal and external stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
