This is an exciting time to join our Talent Acquisition team as we are leading the charge of transforming our operations, technologies and TA best practices to establish a value-added business partnership support level for our clients and business operations across Canada. With an entrepreneurial spirit each of us are challenging the status quo of what we do, why and how we do it to ensure we are providing a best in class client service and candidate experience.
The Sr. TA Business Partner will proactively support resource planning, developing targeted talent branding strategies, optimizing candidate engagement and sourcing through social media channels to deliver on the hiring needs of our operations, sales and supply chain functions in the eastern region (Quebec and Atlantic Canada).
Partnering with senior leaders, hiring managers and the HR team, the incumbent will identify and support the development of sustainable talent programs and hiring best practices bringing high performing talent into the Coke Canada family. The role will report directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will support the TA COE team on key projects and initiatives.
