Your Impact
Reporting to the Head of Route to market, the Business Process Manager is responsible for analysing existing business processes and provide insights of the opportunities to optimise and simplify processes used in Field Sales to service CCEP customers.
This role will undertake process improvement initiatives right from scoping the requirements, mapping the end-to-end process and recommending improvement. The role is also responsible for the project delivery and change management of the signed-off new processes.
From process improvement to resource efficiency, this role is also responsible for managing Field Sales workforce planning. This encompasses scheduling of Virtual Sales Relief (VSR) and Field Sales routing efficiency planning through strategic routing projects. This role will also have one direct report.
About You
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is analytical and data-driven, but also able to manage stakeholders and influence to create those win-win outcomes, for our wider team and our customers too.
You’ll be able to develop new concepts, design solutions and shape initiatives for our Field Sales workforce. It would be great if you can bring project management skills, ideally within the FMCG industry or a sales environment.
