Your Impact

Reporting to the P&C Business Partner. The role offers opportunities to lead diverse projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing programs that foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture. Positioned at the heart of our digital transformation journey, you will contribute to reshaping how employees engage with the People and Culture function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership and coaching to people leaders on talent, employee relations, capability development, culture, and engagement.
• Collaborate with our Centre of Excellence team to execute our people plan for the year.
• Deliver leadership coaching to mid and front-line leaders within our commercial function.

About You

As a P&C Advisor, your success lies in your ability to connect with people, solve problems, and navigate supporting technology with finesse.

Key Skills:

• Proven expertise in relationship management.
• Strong collaborator with top-notch project management skills.
• Critical thinker adept at problem-solving.
• Experienced in navigating New Zealand employment legislation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
