Cocos Boat Rentals Hiring for Receptionist/Clerk Job at Marathon, FL Full Time

Boat Rental bussines is looking for a receptionist and customer service.
This person will be in charge of:
1. Do all the reservations by phone and in person. Deposits or returns. (will manage the emergency phone : answer all the company calls until sunset time)
2. Explain and complete contracts and Agreement with customers. Advices, chart and information of the rental.
3. Manage with customers the extra charge for damage, lost or broke items, missing gas or any additional charge on the rental boat.
4. Keep register of all the expenses and maintance of each boats.
5. Order inventory or parts for the business.
6. Help also with clean and detail boats after rentals when they are back.
7. Coordinate maintenance with Co-workers to have boats ready for the upcoming rental.

Experience : customer service, very organize and multi task.
Fast learning. Good team work. No drama. No drugs. Liable to come to work on time.
Must have a drive licence and preference a vehicle.
Work is outside so must be able to deal with sun and heat.
Work is 5 days a week include Saturday and Sunday. 7.30am to 5pm. (phone answer until sunset) 1 hour lunch. Is a vacation bussines, holidays and weekends are very busy.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $700.00 – $750.00 per week
