Ensures the administrative management and payroll of the employees within his/her scope, from their hiring to their departure from the company.
Ensures the administrative follow-up of the personnel within his/her scope: Collects, verifies, and stores organizational payroll data. Inputs changes, which may include changes to employees or employee statuses, exemptions or withholdings, or bank information
Controls time and absence management: verifies the consistency of checking, verifies the staff working time, manages absences
Pays the employees within his/her scope
Manages personnel files: maintains personnel registers and files in compliance with Group regulations and rules
Is the preferred point of contact with external third-party vendors
Must be able to work with confidential information
JDE Software experience a plus
